Spoon is opening for the Arcade Fire at the Mann Center for Performing Arts on Monday, August 2 at 7:30 PM. I can't believe how good a line-up that is. I bought nine tickets and so far the following people are going:

Looks like a really good crew attending. I saw Spoon play in Chicago a couple summers ago, and even though it was a shortened set (part of a music festival), it was one of the best live performances I've ever seen. Haven't seen Arcade Fire yet in person, but I saw a performance on TV on Austin City Limits (Yarbz stand up) and it was fucking crazy! Can't wait.

Looked like the same setlist at MSG as at the Mann (I only watched the first three songs from last night's show though). I like when bands mix it up more. Cool concept though.
