Wednesday September 1st, 2010: 5 miles
AM: 5 miles (37:00 min) (7:24/pace) amphitheater and back Ran down the East river from the lab. Felt my hip from the start, but it never really hurt and didn't get worse past the first. Saw Tess Bilhartz on the run--twice-- and only 24 hours after catching up over tacos. crazy. Did hip exercises afterward and stretched well. Hip felt good on the walk back from the gym, but still a bit weak. Should definitely be able to run alumni easy, but maybe not all out.

AM: 3 miles (24:00 min) (8:00/pace) Arm bike, run Arm biked 30 minutes, then ran 3 miles easy on a treadmill. Did a bunch of hip exercises afterwards. Felt okay, but the hip felt off at times. Not out of the woods yet.
