PM: 8 miles Extended baby harriton Felt a bit sluggish. I'd like to get my mileage up there this summer but I'm still going to take my time with it.

Friday May 20th, 2011: 5.4 miles
AM: 0 miles
PM: 5.4 miles 2 x trail Just an easy run today; not trying to get too much mileage this week.

Thursday May 19th, 2011: 12.25 miles
AM: 0 miles
PM: 12.25 miles Cynwyd Heritage Trail aka old R6 tracks connecting Cynwyd and Manayunk. They're in the process of converting them into a (hopefully not but probably will be) paved trail. So it goes. Had to turn around due to construction and got some pretty decent mileage in. Going to do a short run with Ed tomorrow. Beat the best kid in my Royersford class today while playing blindfolded. Was pretty stoked about that.

Wednesday May 18th, 2011: 7.5 miles
AM: 0 miles
PM: 7.5 miles 3 x trail Did the first 2 with Ed (we ran the second on the grass), then tacked on another afterward. The pace on the first trail was rather spicy but we backed off on the second.

Monday May 16th, 2011: 10.85 miles
AM: 0 miles
PM: 10.85 miles Blue Route Trails Got a pretty solid run in, wore Ed's short shorts (he's back from GTown) which attracted the attention of the havertown kids, also ran a bit with Doug Schmitt which was cool.

Sunday May 15th, 2011: 7.5 miles
AM: 0 miles
PM: 7.5 miles 3 x trail Woke up limping from the knee pain, but it subsided after i took a nap in the afternoon. Felt less out of shape with each passing trail, which makes sense, since I'm just rusty, not really out of shape. Ok, maybe a little out of shape.

Saturday May 14th, 2011: 5.6 miles
AM: 0 miles
PM: 5.6 miles night run Got out late (11:30 pm), after returning from playing chess and drinking the beer that I'd brewed with Biagio in south philly. Wanted to get something in today, even though I'm not too concerned about mileage this week. Felt awful, left knee was bothering me (ironic that it would hurt on an off week).
